Barbara is a qualified 'Coach' 'Workplace Mediator' and NLP (Neuro linguistic Programming) Practitioner. Barbara's passion is in helping and supporting individuals and does this by giving you the 'individual', the tools and techniques to aid self development, flourish and grow.
Barbara has a great deal of experience in education, training and development and HR, and has worked with private and public organisations in helping them develop their employees. Barbara believes that people are the the most important resource in an organisation and an individual's 'wellbeing' and 'life work balance' is important, a happy workforce is much more likely to perform well if they feel valued.
Barbara has suffered with her own stress related issues and as a result has learnt a great deal about how to recognise 'trigger' points and how to understand and manage the physical and psychological effects of stress on the body and mind. Sometimes these trigger points can be difficult for us to identify and in some cases we recognise the signals but choose to ignore them. Sometimes contributory factors can be forced upon us and at times it can feel as though we have lost control. We have a choice how we can react to these triggers.
