As a yoga therapist I have witnessed and experienced myself the wonderful benefits of yoga and yoga can truly help with chronic pain, illness, injuries, mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing. I am often asked what the difference is between 'yoga therapy' and 'yoga'. I will explain briefly.

I spend a great deal of my time as a yoga and meditation teacher working with clients on a one-to-one basis.
