The theme and focus for this mini retreat will be on helping you form new healthy ‘habits’, discovering ways to you can get into the habit of making time in your diary for your home (yoga and meditation) practice, you will receive practical hints and tips, ideas, poses and short sequences/flows to include in your home practice and a handout for you take away.  There will be time for questions and to practice the poses and sequences.  The session will be a yang and yin and a seasonal flow yoga practice, including relaxation and meditation. Session will be followed by chai and chat should you wish to stay.
