Opening 3 June.  'The Bhuti ReTreat', South of Norwich (Tharston). A beautiful large space/studio set in a secluded and country setting, the studio is bright,  warm and has underfloor heating. I will be offering, additional classes to the existing timetable, workshops, intensives, day and weekend retreats,  day retreat, healthy eating workshops, mindfulness, relaxation, yoga nidra and yoga for sleep sessions. I am also able to offer more one to one appointments.  I am considering hiring out the studio to other yoga, pilates and meditation teachers.  I will be collaborating with yoga teachers and hosting yoga events. I will also be launching a new 'Fundamentals Yoga' Course and my new Mentoring and Supervision Support package for student and qualified yoga teachers/instructors.

Classes offered on 3 June are;

10:00-11:15 -  Vinyasa flow - (please book in advance). This  (yang) class will build heat and get your agni burning and will leave you feeling energised and ready for your day ahead.

12:30-13:45 -  Yin yoga - Yin is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating Yang Yoga. During this class you will lengthen, strengthen and relax your muscles, body and mind. A sequence of floor postures will be held passively for several minutes in order to access the deeper layers of connective tissue in your body. Energetically, Yin yoga opens the body's meridian system, which enhances and supports the body's energetic flow and parasympathetic nervous system. Yin yoga challenges you to be still and silent, and prepares both the body and the mind for a deeper experience in relaxation and meditation. £8.00. Please book and pay in advance to secure your place.

Learn techniques to prevent and manage lower back pain and discomfor.

Due to a number of requests I am now offering the yoga for lower backs programme as a full one day workshop and also on a 1-1 basis.

 'The workshop is aimed at those with minor back pain/problems and those who want to avoid back problems and maintain a healthy lower back. 

The 'Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs' programme has received global attention and articles have been published in, The Telegraph, Sunday Times, The Osteopath Journal, Positive Health plus a number of other medical journals. This specific programme was the outcome of a study carried out by researchers from the University of Health Sciences, the Centre for Health Economics and Hull York Medical School, the research was funded by Arthritis UK.
