What I am up to

I am focusing heavily on promoting my studio this year and also my other job as a professional coach and mentor.  I will be offering some free online yoga classes (more details regarding these will be in my forthcoming monthly newsletters).  I am also looking at launching an online class membership programme once I have my new website finished and up and running. I am continuing teaching from my studio and absolutely loving it and having received some very humbling feedback from those regular students and those that have visited my studio I know that moving and finding the studio was the best decision.  I am not running a huge amount of classes as I am focusing on quality rather than quantity and much of my teaching is on a one to one basis and private appointments. The monthly sessions of deep relaxation for sleep and the mini yoga retreats are proving very popular.

The summer months I am busy with weekend bespoke celebratory events e.g. hen weekends, Birthday celebrations etc. If you have an event you want to celebrate or a group of friends wanting to get together for a mini yoga retreat do get in touch.

In 2019 I am planning on offering a yoga and walking retreat in Mallorca and also a weekend retreat in Norfolk or Suffolk. Further information coming soon.

New Mini Yoga Retreats 

The mini yoga retreats are proving popular and I have decided to offer these on a regular basis either at the studio or I can visit you. For information please see Classes  There will be a different theme each month and some days are half a day and some a full day. I am also working in collaboration with other yoga and meditation teachers to bring you a varied timetable of monthly events.

'The Bhuti ReTreat', South of Norwich (Tharston). A beautiful large space/studio set in a secluded and country setting, the studio is bright,  warm and has underfloor heating. I will be offering, additional classes to the existing timetable, workshops, intensives, day and weekend retreats,  day retreat, healthy eating workshops, mindfulness, relaxation, yoga nidra and yoga for sleep sessions. I am also able to offer more one to one appointments.  I will be collaborating with yoga teachers and hosting yoga events. I also offer Coaching, business, life and wellbeing, this is for anyone, I also offer Mentoring and Supervision Support for yoga student teachers and qualified yoga teachers/instructors.

Chair yoga- I have run the chair yoga classes in collaboration with Active Norfolk and the feedback and case studies have always been exceptionally positive. However as I am now focusing on my studio I am handing over the class to another suitably qualified yoga teacher.

Due to a number of requests I am now offering the yoga for lower backs programme as a full one day workshop and also on a 1-1 basis.

 'The workshop is aimed at those with minor back pain/problems and those who want to avoid back problems and maintain a healthy lower back. 

The 'Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs' programme has received global attention and articles have been published in, The Telegraph, Sunday Times, The Osteopath Journal, Positive Health plus a number of other medical journals. This specific programme was the outcome of a study carried out by researchers from the University of Health Sciences, the Centre for Health Economics and Hull York Medical School, the research was funded by Arthritis UK.
